Devina Bowers has over 15 years’ experience in HR and over 15 years in operations holding senior management positions in various industries majority of which she operated in was within Hospitality. She holds a NDHM, having majored in Law, Finance and Management and is currently working towards attaining her MBA. She is registered with SABPP (South African Board for People Practices) as a HR Professional. She has an in-depth understanding of operations as well as that of a HR Generalist.
Whilst in industry she was involved in successfully executing a number of projects and events such as :
- Thabo Mbeki’s Presidential Inauguration 2004 (provision of different levels of staff i.e.:1500)
- ICC AIDS Conference 2000 and Nam Convention (entailed liaison with Heads of States, meeting and discussing menu requirements and ensuring the executing of over 20 000 meals for both events)
- Miss SA and Teen SA, Million Dollar Golf Challenge 2003 (provision of various staff for both events)
Devina has been involved in training and developing staff that today successfully holds management positions. Zaiboonisha Naidu is a Clinical Social worker with over 10 years working experience in the NGO field. She has an Honours degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Cape Town. She is registered with the SACSSP.
Her experience ranges from Play therapy with children, to Divorce counselling, Substance abuse counselling and referral. She also has experience with Bereavement, Trauma, Debriefing, Marital, Divorce, Child rights, Family counselling, HIV and AIDS counselling, General counselling. She is professional in her conduct and has a firm understanding of confidentiality. She is a firm believer of critical thinking, empathy, and emotional intelligence when interacting with people.

Claudia is a leadership and team coach with over 8 years of experience in the field. She has logged more than 1200 coaching hours during that time. Claudia studied Coaching at the South African College of Applied Psychology and is a trained team coach with ORSC – organisational relationship systems coaching – a trained systemic, solution-focus coach and a certified Enneagram practitioner.
Before her career as a coach Claudia attained a Master’s Degree in Economics and worked in the mobile communication industry as a product and marketing manager, as a strategist and as a consultant. She has lived and worked on 4 continents, in 12 different cities in 7 countries, including Turkey, Ireland, Italy, USA, Germany and South Africa. Her diverse experience of people and her interest in finding meaning, focus, resilience and excellence through personal development have led her to become a successful coach. Claudia sees inner development as the key to leadership development and it is her strength to identify and build resources in her clients, to build their confidence, self-awareness and effectiveness.

Francois de Villiers is an Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa. He holds a B.Com LLB degree (NWU – PUKKE), an LLM (Labour – UCT) and an Advanced Certificate in International Trade.
He has experience in commercial, criminal and labour litigation. He has served as an internal advisor to one of South Africa’s major Banks on HR & Operational levels, with specialization in Employee Relations.
Combining his major in economics with his legal expertise in labour, he has a holistic approach to business and people management.
